SampleService appears in the geo server's list of services (WMS WFS WCS WMTS SampleService). It is the example service module that ships with QGIS Server, a template for developers who write their own server services. It serves no aeronautical data, and requests to it return a "Service unknown or unsupported" exception.
There is nothing to use here: for the map use WMS or WMTS (or the cached tiles of the Tile Server), for feature data WFS, for raster data WCS.
